Shiitake svampjeon

5 shiitake svampar (6 cm i diameter), 50 g köttfärs, 15 g tofu, 1 vitlök, 1/4 lök,
1 vit del salladslök, 2 tsp sojasås, 2 tsp socker,
Peppar, 1/2 t sesamolja, mjöl, 1 ägg,
matlagningsolja,
Sås: 2 tsp sojasås, 1 tsp vinäger, lite röd paprikapulver

1. Finhacka salladslöken, vitlöken och löken.
2. Efter att ha tagit bort främmande ämnen från shiitakesvampen, ta bort stjälkarna.
3. Blanda 1 tsk sojasås och 1 tsk socker.
Applicera den på insidan av shiitakesvampen och låt den stå en stund.
4. Ta bort fukten från tofun med en kökshandduk.
Mosa den väl.
5, Tillsätt malet tofu till köttfärs och 1 t sojasås,
Tillsätt 1/2 t salt, 1 t socker, 1/2 t sesamolja, hackad salladslök, hackad vitlök, hackad lök och peppar.
Blanda.
6. Lägg mjöl i den kryddade shiitakesvampen.
Applicera och fyll på med köttsmet.
Eftersom köttet krymper när det tillagas.
Snälla lägg den hela vägen inuti.
7. Bestryk det i följande ordning: mjöl -> uppvispat ägg. Bestryk endast den inre köttsidan med mjöl.
Klä inte utsidan av svampen med mjöl.
8. Tillsätt matolja i en panna uppvärmd på medelvärme och koka inifrån.
9. Ät med sås medan den är varm.
