    Svenskt mobilnummer måste uppges för att beställningen ska kunna levereras. Om du bor i ett annat EU-land och önskar göra en beställning via ekoa.se ber vi dig kontakta EKOA:s kundstjänst på mailadressen info@ekoa.se för vidare hjälp 
  • Normal leveranstid för varor som vi har på lager är 1-4 arbetsdagar.
    Det kan vid enstaka tillfällen ta några dagar extra under stora kampanjer, varuhusöppningar och rea.

ÅNGERRÄTT

Enligt distansavtalslagen har du rätt till att ångra ditt köp inom 14 dagar från det att du har mottagit din beställning.

Om varan hanterats i större omfattning än vad som anses nödvändigt för att fastställa dess egenskaper eller funktion, kan EKOA utkräva en ersättning för varans värdeminskning.
