Shiitakepasta

Ingredienser

 

300 g shiitake

2 vitlöksklyftor

2 dl crème fraiche

400 g pasta

1 dl riven ost

2 msk olja

½ mak dijonsenap

Salt, svartpeppar

Gör så här

  1. Ansa och skär shiitake i skivor. Skala och hacka vitlöken. Stek shiitake i oljan tills den får färg. Tillsätt vitlöken och stek ytterligare i några minuter.
  2. Tillsätt crème fraiche och dijonsenap och låt koka ihop, smaka av med salt och peppar.
  3. Koka pastan enligt anvisning på förpackningen. Häll av och spara 2 dl pastavatten. Tillsätt pastan och vattnet i shiitakesåsen och låt den koka ihop till en krämig pasta. Toppa med riven ost och gärna extra peppar.
